At MagLak Creations, we are committed to delivering high-quality visual content including 3D assets, animations, motion graphics, and graphic design. This Licensing Policy explains how our digital works may be used after purchase or delivery.
1. Ownership & Copyright
All original content created by MagLak Creations is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of all designs, models, animations, and creative assets.
2. License Types
We offer the following standard license types:
a) Personal/Non-Commercial Use License
You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes such as portfolio display or social media (non-sponsored). Redistribution, resale, or modification is not permitted.
b) Commercial Use License
You may use the content for commercial projects including advertising, websites, product promotion, or branding. This license grants limited rights to use, but does not include resale, redistribution, or transfer rights.
c) Exclusive License (Optional Upgrade)
Upon request, you may purchase an exclusive license, which gives you full rights to use the asset without limitation and prevents others from using the same design. Exclusive licenses may include higher fees.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our digital content.
Claim authorship or misrepresent the creator of the work.
Use the content for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
Modify or alter the work without written consent (unless license permits it).
4. Client Work-for-Hire Agreements
In cases where MagLak Creations is hired to develop custom work under a work-for-hire agreement, copyright ownership may be transferred to the client upon full payment and a signed written agreement. Otherwise, usage is governed under our standard commercial license.
5. Third-Party Assets
Some projects may incorporate licensed third-party elements (e.g., fonts, stock assets). These are governed by their respective licenses. We do not transfer third-party rights.
6. Violations
Unauthorized use, duplication, or redistribution of our content without proper licensing may result in legal action.
